The heart with the cedar sprouting out of it is representative of the resilience of the Lebanese people, despite the hardships they’ve faced. The veins of the heart also double as the roots of the cedar, and the Arabic word in the center means “my heart.”
After designing it, I also separated the two colors and printed transparencies that I used to expose my design and screenprint some copies.
